Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this link anytime to check where your parcel is. If it hasn’t arrived yet, it’s likely still in transit
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Processing time is usually 1–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s out the door.
It's been over 10 business days and I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please double-check your tracking link first. If it shows no updates or seems stuck, email us at contact@fluffbella.com and we’ll investigate and make things right.

I'm not happy with my order. What can I do?
We want you and your pet to love every item. If something’s wrong—damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected—just email us with clear photos and your order number. We’ll take care of it.
Can I return a product if I just changed my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return your order. However, it must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition with all original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Do I need to contact you before returning something?
Yes. Please always email us first before sending anything back. We’ll give you the correct return address (our returns go to our supplier in Asia) and instructions.

What if the product is broken or incorrect?
No worries—if the item is damaged or we made a mistake, you don’t need to return it. Just send us photos showing the issue and we’ll send a free replacement.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please send us your return tracking number so we can process it faster.

My payment failed—what now?
